The Tokyo Stock Exchange is one of the exchanges under the umbrella of Japan Exchange Group (JPX). JPX operates as a holding company that oversees the group as a whole, including not only the Tokyo Stock Exchange but also the Osaka Exchange, which handles derivatives trading.
